We just purchased a new home and requested that Energy Performance Services come out and give our A/C system a full analysis. The service was on time and very thorough. Despite a clean bill of health from our home inspection there were some issues that were detected by EPS and resolved promptly. EPS provided a detailed analysis of the system before the work and after, and walked me through the report to show me what was working well, what was not (which they immediately fixed) and what might be a candidate for a future service. We were also setup with SmartAC, so we have constant monitoring of the system as well as a phone app to view all the details and the health of the system. Note that our technician did meticulous work under very extreme heat conditions. And the follow up they provided and the data analysis left us feeling like our A/C system is in good hands. We will continue to engage EPS for our A/C needs.
